TIAS -The Integrated Assessment Society

TIAS aims to promote research, teaching and practice in the field of Integrated Assessment, and particulary strengthening reseach on and the integration of the human dimension.

The society will be financially supported in its initial stage by EFIEA, the European Forum for Integrated Environmental Assessment. The next meeting will be held during the 2nd biannual meeting of the International Environmental Modelling and Software Society on the theme "Complexity and Integrated Resources Management" June 2004 in Osnabrück (www.iemss.org/iemss2004).
