Singleimage Limited organises the workshop:

GETTING A FRAMEWORK 6 PROPOSAL OFF THE GROUND

Friday 21 March 2003 - St John's Innovation Centre, Cambridge, UK

Framework 6 presents a radical departure from many of the European Commission's previous practices concerning the types of project sought and the criteria for selection. In particular the desire to achieve a large critical mass means that projects will be larger and therefore require more time to be invested in their construction.
This workshop aims to equip research managers, individual researchers and developers with a knowledge and understanding of what needs to be done to put forward a proposal in FP6 and how to optimise the process of preparing a proposal for all
concerned. The content of the workshop will focus primarily on the new instruments - integrated projects and networks of excellence - but much of the content will be equally applicable to targeted research projects. It will consist of lectures, practical exercises and feedback sessions, and provides lots of opportunities for questions and discussion.
