Prof. Richard Tol is the Michael Otto Professor of Sustainability and Global Change at Hamburg University. He also has an appointment at Carnegie Mellon University. Besides this, Richard is one of the most productive economists at IVM, and he has written an awful lot in international journals on the statistics and economics of climate change.
