1.Comprehensively list all effects of bad environment changes to human beings then calculate the price ( e.g. the cost of medical interventions needed , lost productivity,indirect effect of it to human trafficking etc) and put a real affected human face that can be checked . 2.Put women (as much as fairly possible single mothers women )in the legislative,executive, judicative and whatever-else-are-there system. 3.Put women-friendly communicative enviromental issues resources that encompass number 1. 4.See what happens.(Refer to studies by UNIFEM on the effect of the involvement of women in the legislative,executive, judicative and whatever-else-are-there system to the issues tackled)
