“How can knowledge management regarding spatial planning and environmental issues be designed on a decentralized level? Using shared services or local? What will a new system cost compared to current system? ”
Relevance of this question:
uit: Strategische milieukennisagenda DGM, Hoe kan de kennishuishouding over RO en milieuzaken op decentraal niveau succesvol ingericht worden: via shared services of lokaal? Zijn er kengetallen, zoals: wat kost het huidige systeem van uitvoering op het fysieke domein? wat kost een meer centraal of juist meer decentraal systeem? en welke capaciteit wordt exact benut voor uitvoering en toezicht bij gemeenten (bedrijfsvoering)?
