You ask how to avoid global warming especially related to its factor such as illegal logging in Indonesia/developing countries? My comment: to avoid illegal logging is easy, the developed countries must buy the woods in much higher price, not in a cheaper price like now, because illegal logging exists due to the countries need revenue. If developed countries buy the woods in an expensive price then logging will decrease. The cheaper price the more increasing logging.

I agree that fair and good prices are very important -- but at the same time it COULD be that higher prices would make illegal logging even more attractive, or do you believe that this will not happen?
