Sense Question:

What are the advantages and disadvantages of formulating integrated nitrogen policies in national and international and what may be the environmental, economic and social effects of such policies?

Relevance of this question:

Recently new Task Force dealing with reactive nitrogen was established under the Convention of Long Range Transboundary Air pollution. This will analyze different form of nitrogen simultaneously. However it is still not clear how this will influence European and national environmental policy which focus on different environmental problems separately.
