To successfully create your own research description as part of the SENSE website, please take the following steps:
Step 1. Your personal login: Make sure you can log in into the website. If not, and you have registered before, then request a new password by filling in your email address in the box.
Once you have logged in, continue with Step 2.
Go to www.sense.nl/registration and register yourself as a user. You will promptly receive your own personal password by email. Then login as a user (www.sense.nl) and go your account by clicking at "My Details" in the left-hand column of the page.
Step 2. Edit and submit: Now you will see a page with several tabs on the top of the page. Follow the tab that says "Your Profile and Research". You will then see your details and possible your research information. If not, the follow the link to create your Research Description.
Step 3. Wait for approval: Your research description has now been submitted to the database of the SENSE Research Guide, but it will not be immediately visible to the visitors of our website yet. All newly submitted research descriptions will have to be approved by the webmaster or the general secretary of the SENSE Research School. This will usually take about one day, but no more than one week.
Once your research description is published on the SENSE website, you will have the possibility to login with the same username and password again at all times, and you will then be able to edit your own data whenever you see reason to do so.
You are also welcome to include the weblink to your own research description in your email signature!
