How do I change my password? by Frauke Urban

I would like to change my password for this website

There are two options to do this: If you have lost your password, or would like a strong (random) one, then use the link "Lost your password?" in the menu on the left. If you would like to choose your own password, then login and go to your personal page via the link on the left "My Details". There, choose the option "edit profile".

My contact details have changed. How can I change them in my profile, or in the SENSE address book?

On the SENSE website contact details of registered users are displayed in two different places:

1) Under the tab Research --> Researchers in the top menu, you will find a list of all researchers and PhD students. If you search on last name, you are able to click on a name and you will view the profile of this person.

2) Under the tab Home --> Addresses in the top menu, you will find the SENSE Address book. Again, you can search on a name, and by clicking on it, you can view the contact details of a person.

The information that is shown in both your profile and the address book, is partly editable by yourself. Another part of the details is automatically taken from the data that you entered when you registered. By approval of your account, these data have become 'fixed' and cannot be changed directely anymore by yourself.

Of course you can always contact the SENSE Team to request changes in your contact details. This can be done either through our online ticket system (click the Support button in the bottom of the website, choose 'Website use' as category and assign the ticket to the SENSE Administrator), or by sending an e-mail to the SENSE Communication Officer.
