Abstract:

This thesis concerns the generation of design guidelines of climate-responsive urban green infrastructure (UGI). Such guidelines encompass spatially explicit knowledge regarding UGI spaces and elements, such as parks and street greenery, that informs climate-responsive landscape architectural and urban design as a response to global climate change and urban heat problems.
