Group: Biotechnology, IHE Delft
Promotor: Damir Brdjanovic
Supervisors: Zoran Vojinovic, Arlex Sanchez, Berry Gersonius, Zoran Kapelan

Abstract:

The research has a first phase in which multi-criteria methods and stakeholders preferences are considered for a first green-blue-grey infrastructure screening. In a second phase, the co-benefits provided by green-blue-grey infrastructure are combined with flood damage reduction analysis with the aim of comparing among strategies. In a last phase, these concepts are included into an optimisation framework providing enhanced results to help decision-making processes related to sustainable urban flood management.
